Galvanized metal gutter hooks - rafter

The hooks are made of hot-rolled flat bar from low-carbon steel S235JR with dimensions of 30×5, 30×4 or 25×4 depending on the diameter. Hooks are made in various lengths to choose from.
Regardless of the diameter, the profile of the hooks is embossed, significantly increasing their load capacity. This is of great importance in winter, when snow and ice accumulate in the gutter.
The hooks are finished with an electrolytic zinc layer with a thickness of 25-35μm. Optionally, they can be coated with a layer of clear sealing lacquer “Hessotop”, which additionally increases their resistance to weather conditions. The mounting plates are riveted with aluminum rivets (not welded).

The hooks are made of hot-rolled flat bar from low-carbon steel S235JR with dimensions of 30×5, 30×4 or 25×4 depending on the diameter. An exception are hooks with a diameter of 75mm, which are made of hot-rolled etched sheet metal with dimensions of 25×2,5mm. Hooks are made in various lengths to choose from.

We use only weather-resistant and UV-resistant polyester paints to paint our products. The finishing method allows for easy installation (bending the hook, plates) without the risk of damaging the paint coating.
